In close collaboration with the Oxfam team members in Bolivia, the advisor will be mandated to:

• Strengthen the institutional team of the local partner organization Instituto de Formación Femenina Integral” (IFFI) in strategic planning, through workshops and co-learning spaces
• Collaborate with the local partner organization IFFI in the development of the organization’s five-year and three-year plans
• Work with the SEAR-Feminist Advisor in the development of SEAR tools
• Accompany in the implementation and monitoring of projects executed with local funds and in the preparation of projects with global funds of the assigned partner, ensuring the identification of good practices with the SEAR-Feminist Advisor
• Work as a team with the other VCP advisors on the systematization, presentation and positioning of the program’s best practices as expected in the program implementation plan and the 2022-2023 annual work plan
• Compile actions and products developed jointly with the partner organization as well as relevant information and learnings for Oxfam on the results achieved
• Contribute to the formulation of monitoring and evaluation reports for the program and projects financed with local funds
