In close collaboration with Oxfam team members in the country of intervention, the advisor will be in charge of accompanying the Mesa de Fortalecimiento de Capacidades of the VCP, which is composed of eight (8) partners and Oxfam in El Salvador, developing the following responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and administer an "e-learning" platform for the development of training processes, synchronously and asynchronously, to disseminate training materials through webinars, graphic and audiovisual material, among others
• Strengthen the capacities of the partners and the Oxfam team in El Salvador for the use and management of the e-learning platform, through webinars, workshops, and other training materials
• Establish a mechanism that allows training, updating and replication of training, through the platform, which is user-friendly and easy to use for partners and the Oxfam team
• Conduct training on cybersecurity, for the proper use of the platform, and promote the use of these tools to partners in their daily work
• Develop a user's manual of procedures and operation for the long-term use of the platform
• Develop training processes to feed the platform and produce training material with the partners and country team
• Promote the use of platforms with partners and develop reports on the scope of dissemination of training materials in these media
