In close collaboration with Women's Rights Program Coordinator of Oxfam in Honduras, the advisor will be mandated to:
- Accompany VCP partner organizations in their processes of participatory self-diagnosis and organizational capacity building, including a focus on raising financial resources, by applying and/or adapting Oxfam's tools
- Advise and provide local partners with strategic elements oriented to organizational sustainability under the learning path developed by Oxfam in Honduras
- Promote, support, and follow up the implementation of institutional strengthening strategies in feminist innovation, with a focus on self-protection and self-care
- Strengthen partner organizations to carry out the processes of outsourcing services based on the support modalities identified in their capacity-building plans
- Collaborate with and provide input to the advisor in monitoring, evaluation, learning and accountability of the VCP on the progress of partner organizations' capacity building for the narrative reports
