Executive Director position

The Executive Director (ED) is an employee of The Shipyards District BIA, located in Lower Lonsdale, within the City of North Vancouver. The role reports directly to the Executive and its Board of Directors (BOD). This is an exciting, full-time, permanent, salaried position located on the beautiful North Shore of Vancouver, B.C.

Role & Primary Responsibilities of the Executive Director:

The ED will provide efficient and effective leadership to the general membership at large and will ensure all inherent obligations for The Shipyards District BIA are achieved as outlined in their respective roles and responsibilities and in accordance with current governing legislation and;

• Collaborate and champion engagement with all community stakeholders.
• Provide input, direction, and managerial oversight to reach each of the key goals established within the strategic plan in a timely manner
• Manage the development and the roll out of all directives, programs and project initiatives established by respective committees and or the BOD
