HEC is currently recruiting for a bilingual essential full-time permanent Program Lead to join the Health Innovation Programs team.
The Program Lead supports the planning and delivery of HEC’s programs, collaborative education and improvement initiatives; conducts literature reviews and environmental scans, evaluation, and analysis (including data analysis and interpretation); prepares reports, briefing notes, and other program documents; and coordinates meetings and events.
Working closely with valued partners and stakeholders, the Health Innovation Programs team designs, delivers, and evaluates a suite of activities, including collaboratives, that support the identification, spread and scale of innovative models of care to improve the quality and safety of care within and across health systems, as well as the dissemination of key learnings from these activities.
This team offers three programs:
This Program Lead position will focus on the EXTRA program and other programs. EXTRA is a team-based, bilingual, pan-Canadian leadership development Fellowship where teams implement innovative and evidence-informed solutions and system transformation changes that address real-life health and social system challenges.
