About the Role
Family Services Employee Assistance Program (FSEAP) provides clinical counselling services to employees of client organizations who may be experiencing problems in their personal, family, or work lives. In addition, the program provides a variety of organizational services to its corporate clients, including workplace consulting and training, and critical incident stress management responses. As a social enterprise OF Family Services of Greater Vancouver (FSGV), FSEAP is a fee-generating business, with all of its profits going to support the larger work of FSGV and the Greater Vancouver community.
Working within the mission, vision, values and person-centred philosophy of the Agency, the Clinical Supervisor will provide individual and group supervision to all FSEAP counselling staff in relation to their clinical work with clients and their development as clinicians. Utilizing their clinical knowledge and expertise to help lead clinical quality control, Performance and Quality Improvement, CARF Accreditation, and setting clinical standards, this role will help ensure that FSEAP’s clinical services are delivered with the highest standards of clinical service quality, effectiveness, and efficiency. In addition, this role will carry a small EFAP counselling case load.

Salary: FT salary range $68,959.80- $73,892.00
Location: Primarily in person at our East Broadway office with the possibility of working some days remote
