A key focus of our efforts is delivering holistic, person-centred care with the ultimate goal of empowering adults with intellectual disabilities in the community.

We have roles in multiple areas in the city with a large focus on the St. James/ Amber Trails/Sage Creek areas.

Here’s what we have for you:

  • Day, evening, weekend or overnight hours. Part-time, full time and casual positions.
  • Flexible schedules.
  • Shift premiums, Comprehensive benefits, and RRSP’s for qualifying positions.

What our employees do daily will vary depending on the personal goals and interests of the person or people they are assisting. Some things you could do in your role of a disability support worker include;

Epic Opportunities requires a Criminal Record Check (CRC), Adult Abuse Registry Check (AARC) and Child Abuse Registry Check (CARC) prior to commencement of employment. Epic Opportunities will accept existing CRC, AARC and CARC if dated within 3 months of your application date. We encourage those interested to apply for these checks, as there can be lengthy processing times. Obtaining these documents is not a guarantee of employment.
