BGC Canada is seeking a Manager, Program Data and Evaluation, to support the Club Services Team, with the data collection and evaluation of existing and new programs. This role collaborates with our Club Services and Partnerships & Philanthropy teams to develop multipurpose data collection plans, processes, and tools to meet government and corporate funder requirements, to support Program Managers in project monitoring, and to measure program results (outputs and outcomes). Through successful collaboration with BGC Canada teams, the incumbent will ensure clear and consistent communication with member Clubs regarding evaluation, reporting and expectations.

BGC Canada’s national team provides support to our member Clubs and leads in issues management, policy advocacy, and other critical work on behalf of Clubs. We advance the agenda for the children, youth, and families served by member Clubs through critical work in the areas of public policy, research, program development, and Club support. The national team is also responsible for building the BGC brand, fundraising, and managing public relations and communications for our cause.
About You
You are a dynamic individual who thrives in a professional, fast-paced, and detail-oriented environment. You have progressive non-profit experience and demonstrated experience working with data and data systems to support an organization’s ability to create, analyze and use data to improve program operations, organizational efficiency, and reporting. You are a strong communicator and work well with senior leaders in a collaborative setting. You are highly organized, can independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and enjoy engaging staff through strategic use of data to make data-informed decision.

The successful candidate can work remotely outside Toronto, Ontario; if in Toronto, they will be expected to work in a hybrid model or full-time out of the national office. When working from home, the incumbent must have a space where they can work comfortably and focus on their tasks. BGC Canada will provide the necessary technology required to get the job done.

This is a full-time, permanent role. The starting salary is $65,000 - $82,000, plus excellent benefits. Starting salaries are based on relevant experience.
