101st Street Apartments is a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) for high risk adult males, with various psychiatric disorders and physical disabilities, who are on release in the community, under the authority of Parole Board Canada. The Case Worker assists high risk, high needs offenders in identifying and solving the practical problems involved in their successful reintegration into the community. The Case Worker manages a case load and is part of the Case Management team reporting on client progress, preparing client status reports and providing supports to the residents as required.
