As the Director of Mental Health Case Management, you will work with our team to provide services and support to meet Harvest Project’s organizational mandate. Your experience and expert knowledge of diagnostic and case management best practices will create innovative solutions and programs, provide oversight, and direct the effective delivery of Harvest Project’s integrated case management model. You will provide expert opinion and direction to the organization on all aspects of case management best practice, including conducting assessments and intakes, program design, and compliance with all relevant legislation.
37.5 hours/week: 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week: Monday to Friday 9:00-5:00; some flexibility by arrangement
