Role Overview
Reporting to the Senior Manager Planning, Finance, the Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial planning, analysis, and commentary support on a scheduled and ad-hoc basis for Diabetes Canada. The Financial Analyst must maintain integrity over the Financial Planning procedures and systems through constant maintenance, development, and implementation of improvements to enhance the value added to the organization.
Location: 1300-522 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario. Flexible work agreement policy in place allowing employees to work on a hybrid schedule, working remotely with the expectation to be in-office 1-2 days per week.
This role includes, but not limited to:
Variance Analysis, Forecasting, Budgeting, Commentary
Month end, Quarter end, Year End, and Audit Requirements
Reporting, Documentation & Internal Controls
Other Financial or Special Projects
