In this role, you will work closely within the Regulatory Programs Transformation teams to perform research and analysis and balance big picture thinking with the fine details to support evidence-informed and principle-based policy and research in the context of nursing and midwifery regulation.
What you’ll be doing
Under the direction of the Director, Policy and Integration (P&I), the Policy & Research Coordinator (PRC) performs the functions of a research coordinator and policy analyst. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on evidence and emerging research, and using other tools to support evidence-informed and principle-based policy and research in the context of nursing and midwifery regulation.
The Policy Coordinator also reviews and recommends third party requests for registrant data for academic research purposes.
