Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant assists the Executive Director with a wide range of activities and projects. Examples of activities and projects include scheduling meetings and carrying out tasks in preparation for / because of those meetings, attending meetings, entering information into donor fundraising software, research, seeking information from / sharing information with staff, volunteers and donors, creating and managing plans for a variety of activities and projects, responding to emails, filing, etc. The successful candidate should have a concern for wildlife issues and support the mission and work of Toronto Wildlife Centre.
