e4c’s Wellness Network is looking for a manager ready to collaborate with partner agencies and peer workers to bring wellness supports and recovery-oriented programming to the community. This new position offers the opportunity to develop creative and innovative ways to deliver programs and peer driven courses that combine professional skills, lived experiences, peer support, and peer navigation.

Who you are:
You are an outgoing, person-focused manager, with strong organizational skills that allows you to see both the bigger picture and the small moments that build it. You have a keen eye for opportunity and enjoy collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Your experience with persons served puts you in a comfortable position to express patience and compassion for others, which allows you to be present with your peers. You’re a natural, confident, and reliable leader and most importantly, you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
Skills that you bring to the table:
You’re comfortable managing your team in all aspects of recruiting, training, payroll, OH&S, as well as developing and monitoring the operational plans and budgets for the Wellness Network. You can confidently align Wellness Network programming with e4c’s strategic goals and can support your team with them in mind. You can facilitate proposal writing and reporting for project funding in alignment with the Communications and Sustainability team. Experience with marginalized, high risk, and vulnerable populations is required Other lived experience and working knowledge of wellness and recovery-oriented practices is considered an asset. Equivalences may be considered with a combination of work experience and education.
