The Great Northern Arts Society (www.gnaf.org) is seeking an Executive Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organization of the Great Northern Arts Festival (July 21-30, 2023) and the adminstration of the Great Northern Arts Society. Familiarity with Gwich'in and Inuvialuit cultures is an asset.

Responsibilities:

• Corporate fundraising
• Structure the organization for efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
• Hire and manage Festival contract staff
• Work with planning committee of Board of Directors
• Negotiate grants and contracts with donors.
• Bookkeeping

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $72,000.00 per year
