Job Description

Reporting to the VP, Marketing & Sales, you will support the team with a range of marketing, technical, and promotional activities for ECO Canada's products and services. This position requires some previous experience in key areas including CMS platforms, digital advertising, content, email marketing, data analytics, and more.
While each member of ECO Canada has individual responsibilities, ECO takes a team-based approach. Everyone is encouraged to take ownership of his/her ideas and to see them through to completion, collaborating with key influencers as required.
The Digital Marketing & Customer Experience Manager supports marketing activities and is responsible for ensuring brand integrity, accuracy, and an omnichannel experience across all digital mediums. As an integral part of the Marketing team, with 2 direct reports, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote our products and services across our digital platforms. You'll manage various channels, like our website platforms and email marketing, to deliver a persuasive and cohesive marketing strategy to our audiences.
As a key member of the Marketing team, the Digital Marketing & Customer Experience Manager will have a passion for an exceptional digital customer journey, keen attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

This is a full-time position, with a 90-day probationary period upon start date upon start date. ECO Canada offers the opportunity for a hybrid work arrangement (minimum 3 days per week at the Calgary office and the option to work remotely for the remaining 2 days).
