Job Description / Responsibilities
The project will increase the capacity of community trail group volunteers in NS who are struggling to keep up with trail maintenance, keep their organizations going and find funding for their trails. It will help Hike NS better support these groups in being more effective in providing safe trails for a wider diversity of people across the province.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Trail Support Coordinator will carry out the following tasks:

The Coordinator will be required to work remotely from their own home office (require their own basic remote office equipment and technology). Must attend regular in-person meetings with co-workers as well as meet with partners. Must be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends. Must have a valid drivers license.
