Position:

Employment Integration Specialist (Counsellor) will provide a variety of employment support services that may include but not limited to:

• Provide employment services under the ODSP Employment Supports Program including formal on-the-job training, job search and job development activities
• Conduct intake interviews and determine employability and potential barriers to employment.
• Create resume's, cover letters and job application on behalf of clients
• Apply organizational and decision-making skills to manage a time constraint caseload
• Establish and maintain collaborative, professional relationships with various stakeholders, including clients, employers and community partners
• Establish good working relationships team members
• Complete a variety of administrative tasks and maintain files as per company procedure

Requirements:

• Completion of College/University
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong Team Player
