Here’s what your daily life will look like:
In close collaboration with Oxfam’s in-country team members, your mandate will be to:
- Strengthen the capacities of the Oxfam team in Honduras and the local partner organizations according to their respective needs, including gender equality;
- Support the team with the implementation of training workshops to promote sexually responsible behavior;
- Support the team with their activities to promote sexual and reproductive rights and prevent risky sexual behavior;
- Conduct training workshops to develop the knowledge of the team and the partner organizations on concepts related to sex, gender, sexual diversity and sexual orientation.
For this mandate you must:
- Be a Canadian citizen or have permanent resident status in Canada;
- Have university degree in psychology, sexology, or any other relevant field;
- Have 5 years of relevant experience regarding this mandate;
- Be fluent in Spanish, spoken and written (required);
- Master the Office Suite.
