Our House Addiction Recovery Centre (Our House) is a one-year residential recovery centre for adult men. We help individuals embark on a recovery process, leading to meaningful and productive lives. Our facility houses 60 men in a supportive environment where they work to overcome their challenges in a non-institutional setting. As a full-time Addictions Support Worker, you will be part of our clinical team dedicated to providing support to the brave men within our facility. Your primary duties include ensuring a safe and secure facility, responding to client requests, communicating effectively with other staff and contributing to a therapeutic environment. All work at Our House will reflect the Mission and Value statements of the organization.

Two schedules can be accommodated at the successful candidate’s preference.

Days Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Time 2:30pm – 12:30am 4:30pm – 12:30am
Total Hours Per Week 30 24
There is an understanding that cover-off or assistance outside of these regularly scheduled hours may be required. There is a possibility for additional hours (up to 40 hours per week) in cover-off situations. The position will have a probation period of 3 months.
