The Administrative Secretary is responsible to communicate and work alongside the Executive Director within a residential setting.  The Administrative Secretary is responsible to ensure the fluidity of services.  Ensure that documentation is recorded and information is communicated between internal and external resources.




The Administrative Secretary is directly responsible to the Executive Director and works professionally as a member of a team showing respect, support, and consideration for team members and functioning according to Teen Haven’s philosophy, policies, and standard of conduct.




  • Responsible to assist in letter writing and all required correspondence.
  • Responsible to read and communicate messages from the government RTSS website (MSSS)
  • Translate any required documents and communicate with the Executive Director and/or Managers.
  • Responsible for typing Minutes of Board meetings and to ensure proper storage of these minutes.
  • Assist with information for the annual organizational report
  • Responsible for communicating with our networking partner at BYFC as it relates administratively.
  • Submit payroll on a bi-weekly basis.


Role is 2 days a week.  


Knowledge of both French and English is required.  Testing will be conducted
