The Role:

As an Integrated Services Manager at CLBC, you will be accountable for operations of community planning and development and service quality monitoring as well as Adult Guardianship Investigations and Service Quality Reviews in an assigned geographic area or region of British Columbia. Through a combination of contracted resources and community options, supports and services are delivered to maintain or improve the quality of life for CLBC eligible individuals. The desired outcome is more innovative and responsive support and services to individuals and/or families.

As a member of the Regional Management Team, you will connect with the community, contractors and organizations to identify opportunities to advance supports and services and fulfil CLBC's vision by ensuring Facilitators act to support individuals and families in developing and implementing their plans and Quality Service Analysts are monitoring and engaging in contracting relationships with service providers.

A central function of this role is ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of CLBC contracted services that are fiscally responsible, consistent and portable in order to support the safety, security and well-being of individuals.

This role requires:

  • strong client management and influencing skills
  • a demonstrated business acumen with the ability to identify key issues
  • excellent leadership skills and ability to provide staff with solid direction, guidance, coaching, etc.
  • the ability to manage multiple priorities/projects and produce results within deadlines
  • the ability to manage and execute a sustainable budget management plan
  • the ability to network with, develop, and enhance relationships to business, industry, health, etc.
  • advanced written and oral communication, presentation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Social Work or Business related Bachelor's degree with human services orientation or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years demonstrated successful experience in a leadership position, preferably within social services resource development and contract management.

Travel: Occasional travel to communities within the catchment area, as well as to Head Office in Vancouver as needed. Possession of a valid class 5 drivers license and a clean Driver's Abstract is required. Use of own vehicle on expenses.
