About the Role
Family Services Employee Assistance Program (FSEAP) provides clinical counselling services to employees of client organizations who may be experiencing problems in their personal, family, or work lives as well as workplace consulting, training, and critical incident response services to organizations. As a social enterprise of Family Services of Greater Vancouver (FSGV), FSEAP is a fee-generating business, with all of its profits going to support the larger work of FSGV and the Greater Vancouver community.
Working within the mission, vision, values and person-centered philosophy of the Agency, the Clinical and Operations Manager provides overall leadership to our clinical teams and oversight of our clinical services. This includes work supervision, and clinical supervision for the clinical counselling team, and program management (quality control, performance and quality improvement, service standards) with respect to EAP clinical and work/life services, ensuring that these services are delivered with the highest standards of clinical service quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.
As a member of the management team, the Clinical and Operations Manager participates in budgeting, and operations planning, as well as supports relationships with client organizations and other internal and external parties. The manager will work with colleagues and co-workers in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve excellence in client care. They actively support the Agency’s awareness and goals around diversity and inclusion.

Salary: MGP 4 Step 1 ($42.64/hr)
Location: Primarily in person at our East Broadway office with the possibility of working some days remote
