Canadian Hearing Services (CHS) has an opening for a Customer Accounts Processing Clerk, based in Toronto. Reporting to the Financial Services Supervisor, the Customer Accounts Processing Clerk will be responsible for analyzing and accurately processing client sales orders and internal invoices, assisting with quarterly inventory counts, and preparing monthly sales reports for accounts with CHS.
This will be a permanent, full-time position working Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and has completed 3rd year CPA designation, along with 3-5 years’ related work experience including utilizing SAGE 100 ERP and creating reports using Crystal Reports. You have excellent data entry skills and are comfortable analyzing sales-related data. You have a sense of urgency and can handle a pressurized environment with the ability to manage a varied workload with competing priorities and deadlines.
