Senior Manager, Marketing & Sales
Reporting to the VP, Brand & Audience Development, the Senior Manager, Marketing & Sales is responsible for developing innovative marketing strategies and attracting new audiences for the Arts Commons (master) brand and our sub-brands (Education, Galleries, Connects, and Presents).
You are a visionary thinker, capable of planning and executing advertising campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences and allow our brands to flourish in new ways. With your knowledge of industry trends and an analytical mindset, you recognize performance opportunities, set targets, and lead marketing and sales strategies that advance Arts Commons' strategic objectives.
You are collaborative by nature and possess strong team management skills, as you work to create solutions with other departments, internal and external teams, and key stakeholders. As a supportive and motivating leader, you are kind and quick to leverage your expertise, providing guidance to the ongoing growth and development of our high-performing Marketing and Creative Services team.

What you will get to do here:
This role manages Marketing & Sales comprehensively, including branding, direct marketing, strategic paid advertising campaigns, and sales performance. This role focuses on creating inventive marketing plans that bring Arts Commons' sub-brands to life across all touchpoints. Success in the role will involve effectively positioning our shows, programs, and initiatives in the market, while expanding our audience engagement, and surpassing revenue targets.
The key accountabilities of this role include:
Amplify and enhance the organization's visibility while championing Arts Commons programming, sales, and marketing initiatives to attract audiences, elevate Arts Commons's brand, drive and maximize revenues, and expand the reach of the arts to a variety of communities.
Where you fit within our ecosystem:
Reporting to the VP, Brand & Audience Development, the Senior Manager, Marketing & Sales is a senior management role within the Brand & Audience Development department. This role regularly collaborates and works closely with the Ticketing, Events Services, Programming, Development, and Finance teams, as well as external vendors, members of the media, and key internal and external stakeholders.
