The Research Facilitator will undertake, track, support and improve internal administrative processes (e.g., standard operating procedures) and training resources related to managing individual and institutional awards for research, including grants from the federal Tri-Agency, Canada Foundation for Innovation, Ontario Government, as well as for Queen's internal, local, national and international research funding programs. In providing excellent customer service and seamless support for research funding management, Research Facilitators are integral members of the Research Services team.
