Be a leader and guide women as they navigate their careers!

The Prosperity Project created the Rosie Mentoring Programs to address women’s limited access to role models and mentors. Designed for women entering, upskilling or pivoting to careers in STEM, skilled trades and leadership, our programs provide women with the opportunity to receive guidance, support and encouragement as they progress in their careers. The Rosie Initiative is grateful to Co-Presenting Partners Capital Power and Ontario Power Generation and Amplify Partner BGIS for their support.

We are recruiting Mentors for The Rosie 1:1 Mentoring cohort launching in February 2023.

The Rosie 1:1 Mentoring Program is a FREE virtual six-month program open to self-identifying women residing in Canada interested in being protégées and industry professionals – all genders welcome – interested in being mentors. Mentors must have over five years of experience.

We are seeking mentors in Healthcare Research, Healthcare Leadership, Data Analytics, and Web Development.

Program Details:

  • FREE six-month program with matches expected to meet once a month for one to two hours.
  • Matches will be paired one-on-one based on industry and/or Program goals and objectives.
  • Mentorship will be virtual as matches may not be in the same geographic location.
  • Participants will have access to a private LinkedIn group to network.
  • Participants will receive a certificate upon completion.

The information you provide us through this form will be shared with your match when you are introduced. We will attempt to accommodate all interested applicants; however, submitting an application does not guarantee participation in the Rosie 1:1 Mentoring Program. Please fill out the questions to the best of your ability. So long as you meet the program requirements, your answers will not exclude you from participation, but rather will help inform the matching process. If you have any questions, please contact the Rosie Initiative team at .
