Breaking the Cycles by Creating the Circles
For over 25 years, Stardale Women's Group has empowered the lives of Indigenous girls, strengthened their families, and inspired communities to engage in the core values of reconciliation. We are a community and safe space for participants aged 10-17 years to learn, grow, and explore what their futures hold.
Volunteer drivers are one of the key roles within Stardale Women’s Group as it ensures that our participants have a safe and reliable means to get to and from weekly (evening) programming plus other group activities and events on select weekends. Your efforts have a great impact on programming and provide the gift of reliable transportation as well as peace of mind to caregivers that their dependents are in good hands.
Lack of reliable transportation affects many of our young participants and by removing this barrier, we are better positioning the youth for both short and long term success through regular attendance and involvement.
Driver Requirements:
*Volunteer drivers with Stardale will receive a flat reimbursement to cover gas costs based on the number of passengers driven.
