Confederation Park 55+ Activity Centre (CPAC)

Since 1973, CPAC has enriched the lives of adults 18 and older through meaningful connections, opportunities, and community engagement.

Are you passionate about building a vibrant community and making a meaningful difference? If you have experience with non-profit governance and contribute your skills, CPAC seeks new members to join our governance and policy Board.

At CPAC, we foster a “Community First” approach, prioritizing inclusion, diversity, and collaboration. As a Board member, you will:

•         Provide strategic direction to advance CPAC’s mission and vision.

•         Oversee the organization’s financial performance and sustainability.

•         Approve the annual budget and ensure effective resource management.

•         Advocate for the value and impact of CPAC within the community.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals with a commitment to community building. Specifically, we are looking for expertise in:

•         Finance: Individuals with a background in finance or accounting to strengthen financial oversight and strategic planning.

•         Information Technology: Individuals with experience in technology and innovation to enhance our capacity and achieve long-term goals.

•         Motivated Community Builders: Individuals with a passion for making a difference and contributing to the well-being of our community.

Your Commitment

•         Serve a two-year term, with the opportunity to renew for a second term.

•         Attend regular Board meetings and participate in key organizational activities.

•         Contribute your skills and insights to enhance CPAC’s governance and strategic priorities.
