• needs some financial experience
• a background in finance would be an asset
• experience working on a board of directors for non-profit
• experience in investments
• experience in fund development

This position would be approximately 3 hours a month. A board meeting for 1.5 hrs and a finance meeting for 1.5 hrs.

Meetings are held on Wednesdays as a rule, unless there is a special meeting called. Time would be 12:30-2:00pm.

No meeting is held in July. The August meeting is always held the last Wednesday of August.
