Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Assistant will support with HR administration, sourcing and recruitment of volunteers and supporting with the development and maintenance of the HR function at PWB.
Research sourcing strategies for volunteers
Post volunteer roles and assist with resume screening
Maintain the HR folder in Dropbox
Track HR data and create reports
Support with the development of a new volunteer recognition program
Post secondary education in Human Resources or Volunteer Management OR currently completing final year of study
Experience in a non profit environment is an asset
Experience recruiting volunteers
Up to 10 hours per week
Attend mandatory team meetings every Wednesday at 6:45pm ET
