Reporting to Chief Finance Officer, the Finance Manager’s mission is to support the Finance operational plan at the Testoper community to ensure the success of the Testoper strategy and its target metrics outcomes and indicators.


  • Liaise with the Executive Director and other Department Directors.
  • Accounting management, including, but not limited to financial data.
  • Ensure that the organization is within legal compliance and conformity to established regulations
  • Process all approved transactions accurately in a manner in accordance with accounting policies and processes.
  • Assist with annual audits as well as report preparation
  • Process and submit payroll whenever applicable.
  • Participate in resource development activities, such as managing/training volunteers.
  • Assist with fundraising activities and grant application processes.


A relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred (the year for year experience may be substituted). In addition, two (2) years of managerial experience in the accounting field, ideally in a non-profit setting. Specific qualifications include:

  • Ability to exercise initiative, ingenuity, and sound judgment
  • Knowledge and application of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Experience in Excel, Word, and accounting software
  • Effective written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Be able to network within the community.
