The Online Editor is someone who is passionate about using storytelling for change, understands our brand, and can execute excellent journalistic content alongside stunning photography and film.
The editor works with a team of Journalists, Curator, and Marketing team, ensuring that quality content is delivered to our followers weekly on our digital platforms.
The ideal candidate for this position will:
Have at least 2 years of experience in a digital Editor role or in a role creating engaging, written digital content
Have at least 2 experiences in leadership and team management
Have a portfolio of work to demonstrate your writing skills
Bachelor or Master’s in Journalism an asset
Average of 10 hours per week
Ability to attend mandatory weekly team meetings (virtual) at 6:45pmEST on Wednesdays.
