Sources Community Resources Society is currently seeking a Home Share Provider in Surrey, South Surrey or Whiterock to support a moderately independent, 47 year-old man.  This individual’s hobbies include going to the mall, restaurants, and hanging out with his friends.  Therefore, direct and safe access to shopping areas is of high importance to this individual.  This individual is looking for a home who will give him independence within a separate living area, but also allow him to spend quality time with the family such as watching tv together or other outings.  Meal preparation for this individual is required, but he does like to eat out frequently. This individual is social, but would benefit from a caregiver who understands that he may need space to process. This individual is semi-independent with personal care but may need guidance.

Applicants must have experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health issues.

Adult Emergency First Aid and CPR, criminal record check, valid BC driver’s license and drivers abstract are required.
