We need a team member who will elevate our customer service and culinary fare with a hands-on approach. Crucial to success is building, leading and developing a team of staff and volunteers. The Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring menu development, recipe standardization, budget adherence and successful execution of catering services to guests. The catering department must be led to strive for excellence in preparing and presenting appealing, high-quality, well-balanced, timely and nutritious meals. The manager must adeptly handle dietary requirements and therapeutic diets, ensuring guests receive suitable alternatives that cater to both their physical and psychological needs.
