TEAM COORDINATOR, BC BUILDS:

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person looking to join the BC Builds team in our energetic start-up environment! The Team Coordinator for the BC Builds public stream will work closely with the Executive Leads BC Builds Project Origination and with government, community and non-profit landowners on early BC Builds projects. Reporting to the Executive Lead, BC Builds Project Origination, the Team Coordinator provides administrative support to the BC Builds public stream team to ensure the effective project administration and development, relationship management with project partners, and works with the team to help ensure the expedited project timelines for BC Builds projects can be met. He/she/they is excellent at building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. He/she/they performs general administrative and operational support functions and acts as an administrative liaison and conduct administrative tasks to support the smooth delivery of BC Builds public stream projects.
POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the assigned supervisor, the DAS Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing a variety of program and project administration and administrative services to the assigned team within the Development and Asset Strategies Branch. He/she/they are required to perform the majority or all the following functions dependent to support assigned teams. The position works on programs and projects delivered by the Branch that are complex, multi-dimensional, and involve numerous stakeholders, requiring considerable judgment, and initiative on the part of the incumbents to effectively coordinate all administrative aspects of assigned projects to successful conclusion. The role ensures effective project administration and development, relationship management with project partners, and works with the team to help ensure the expedited project timelines can be met.
