Recruiter  – Communitas Supportive Care Society is looking for a full time 40 hour/week Recruiter. Location: Abbotsford, BC. The position works with the Communitas HR Department and with the HR Manager Recruiting to coordinate, develop, implement, evaluate, administer and provides human resources services in the areas of recruitment, and human resources information systems (HRIS). Provides advice and guidance to senior leaders to ensure human resources policies, programs and procedures in these areas are compliant with legal/statutory requirements and Communitas policies/objectives. Position assists applicants through the job application process and supports hiring and placement of staff for the organization. Wage Range - $25.11-$28.05 per hour. Position requirements: College level education in related field, Minimum of 4 years HR/office/administrative experience; Excellent computer skills; Enthusiasm for matching people and their skills to a role; Proof of full vaccination for COVID-19.
