This full time, 35hr/week position trains, supervises, and supports a work crew of people with disabilities to gain experience and develop their job readiness. CommCrew offers landscape and property maintenance services in Abbotsford that include hedge and tree trimming, leaf collection and removal, exterior pressure washing, window washing, parking lot and driveway maintenance, and seasonal clean-up. As the CommCrew Work Coach you will liaise with a variety of community members to schedule work projects that care for their building and property needs, while also supporting people in their skill development and job readiness. CommCrew is a social enterprise operated by Communitas Supportive Care Society, which provides employment training to people with disabilities. 24 hours are permanent, 11 hours are temporary until April 30, 2026.
