Tenth Church is seeking a Production Associate with all the above.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Production Lead: Assist the Technical Director with leading the production team on Sunday mornings and special events (Christmas Concerts and Services, Easter, Good Seed Sunday, Ash Wednesday, Fall Launch, Weekend Away).
- Tenth Church Online: Manage our YouTube channel and Tenth Church Online platforms. Provide consistent creative input, collaborating with the Technical Director and Site Pastor to implement the vision for Tenth Online.
- Equipment Support and Design: Assist the Technical Director with troubleshooting, maintenance, and system design at our MP site.
- Administrative: Assist with scheduling volunteers and tasks such as budgeting, purchasing, inventory management, and event logistics.
- Volunteer Care: Assist with caring for our volunteer team and developing leaders.
- Training Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing quarterly training events for production volunteers for all Tenth sites (Mount Pleasant, Evening, East Van, West Side, UBC.)
WHAT YOU BRING:
- 2-3 years of experience or equivalent schooling in video production or audio engineering.
- Strong administrative skills, organized, strong at planning, managing, and organizing multiple details and logistics.
- Confidence in directing a Sunday morning production team; intuition in finding ways to make continual improvements visually and with our systems.
- Self-directed with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with cinema broadcast equipment and workflows is an asset.
- Experience with Blackmagic equipment is an asset.
- Experience with DigiCo, Waves, Shure Wireless Workbench, Allen & Heath, and Dante Systems is an asset.
- Experience with LightKey (or equivalent) and Pro Presenter is an asset.
- Experience with Logic Pro (or equivalent) is an asset.

This is a full-time position where you will work 30 hours per week.
Salary is commensurate with experience; the salary range is $40,000-$55,000 pro-rated per annum.
