Summary:
The Health Promotion Facilitator is responsible for facilitating prevention activities targeted at youth within School District #43, with particular emphasis on work in the district high schools. They are responsible for developing and maintaining positive working relationships with School District staff and other community members, professionals and organizations.
Location: 2615 Clarke Street, Port Moody/ School Based
Hours: 35 hours per week (Some evenings and weekends may be required)
Start Date: Immediately
This is a Bargaining Unit Position and requires Union membership.
