McMan Youth, Family and Community Services Association is seeking a passionate and skilled Communications & Engagement Specialist to elevate our Foster Care Program. In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering connections and promoting engagement within the community to support our mission.

What you will do:
Reporting to the Program Manager, The Communications & Engagement Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing innovative communication strategies to engage potential foster parents.
This role involves creating impactful content, attending community events, and managing recruitment campaigns to ensure a robust foster parent program

The Salary range for this position is $32.85 -$34.86 per hour commensurate with education /experience.
