The Role:
This brand-new role leads the Talent Acquisition strategy and a team of 2 Talent Acquisition Specialists. It oversees sourcing, pipeline development, and the design of talent acquisition practices and guidelines. In addition, this role cultivates external partnerships, strengthens CLBC's branding and value proposition, leverages data analytics to inform recruitment decisions, and integrates a diversity, equity, and inclusion perspective into the hiring process.

Term/Status: Permanent/Full time
Classification/Salary: Management Band 3 - position starts at $99,099 to $115,000 annually.
