Under the direction of the STEP Place Manager (Tiny Home Community Kelowna), the Custodian and Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper care and cleaning of the program buildings, grounds & property. They provide a clean and safe environment through planning, organizing, coordinating, and performing custodial operations to maintain quality standards. In addition, the Technician liaises with the Building Operations department regarding building inspections, significant maintenance repairs or site modifications. Additionally, the Technician is responsible for managing inventory and ordering of maintenance and custodial-related supplies.
Primary responsibilities include:
Hours of work: Mon- Fri, 8:30am - 4:30pm, with some on-call and after-hours work to be expected.
