This role plays a crucial part in developing and enhancing the BB4CK culture while ensuring its alignment to our core values of People, Trust and Action. The People and Culture (P&C) team lead will be responsible for leading the P&C team to support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, office management, administration and organization-wide technology.
The successful candidate understands the importance of our core values and organizational culture and the intentionality required to ensure they thrive. They have an abundance mindset and aren't afraid to be creative and think outside the box when it comes to centering the needs of our team and organization.

BB4CK offers a competitive total compensation approach to support the physical, psychological, cultural and financial wellbeing of our people. Base salary is calculated at the 50th percentile of market value with additional benefits equivalent to over $18,000.
