McMan Edmonton's Family Intervention Program is looking for a skilled Supervisor to oversee specific operational and service delivery components related to the children, families, and staff within its Ninanaskomon Program. Familiarity with Collaborative Service Delivery and our Indigenous Communities is essential and a requirement of the position.

What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Program Supervisor is responsible for providing supervision, support and counseling to youth, their families, and the staff team in the program, Working with children, youth and families from Enoch Cree Nation, Paul First Nation, Alexis First Nation and Metis Settlements.
The Program Supervisor will oversee specific operational and service delivery components related to the families and staff. The role will ensure the delivery of quality outcomes-based service delivery, and that the overall care, safety and needs of the families are being met. The Program Supervisor leads the team that collaborates with the families, their support group and the staff to assist the families in achieving their goals.

The Salary range for this position is $32.85-$36.98 per hour commensurate with education /experience.
