McMan Youth, Family and Community Services Association is searching for a Director of Finance to join our senior leadership team. This opportunity will be a great fit for a candidate with specialized experience in financial management, well versed in technology, finance systems and change management, who can easily foster positive relationships with key stakeholders.

What you'll do:
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Finance will play a critical role in ensuring the organization’s success by overseeing all financial activities and providing guidance to the Senior Managers and focuses on the future direction of finance for the organization, revenue generation, monitoring the current financial health of the organization and future oriented budgeting and forecasting for all areas of the organization.
This position oversees finance, accounting, facilities management, technology (IT, cybersecurity), and infrastructure and asset management.

The salary range for this position is $ 120,224 to $143,553.70 annually commensurate with education and experience; extended benefits are effective on date of hire, STD/LTD and pension benefits are effective after six months.
