Hours: 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 4:30 pm) Full Time Permanent
Must be willing to work occasionally outside regular hours to meet the objectives of the position.
Salary: Grid 10 $25.95 to $29.76 per hour
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our SOURCES Infant Development Program team! This position requires an individual who is flexible, self-motivated, energetic, and outgoing. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are essential to this role, which involved interactions with community, clients, and staff.
This position entails working outside regular office hours and may include evenings and weekends.

SOURCES Infant Development Program provides service to children under three who are at risk for or diagnosed with developmental delays.
Description of Position
Reporting to the CDS Team Leader, the Administrative Assistant is a permanent employee of Sources Community Resource Centres. This role is the first point of contact for any individual, ensuring that they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for regardless of the reason for their visit. A high degree of professionalism, compassion, and the ability to act as a positive ambassador for the organization is crucial. This role will provide administrative support to CDS Team Leader, as well as the IDP Team and across the organization as required.
