Davenport-Pert Neighbourhood and Community Health Centre (DPNCHC) provides programs and services to diverse participants who are marginalized due to socioeconomic barriers.
As a multi-service community agency, we prioritize community development and health promotion. Our Health Centre is a dynamic and complex practice where a multidisciplinary team of nurses, nurse practitioners, a dietitian, and a physiotherapist collaborate to deliver holistic care. We are currently expanding our services and seeking an enthusiastic family physician to help build a new practice, focusing on deepening our engagement with Black-identified community members and youth.

Start date: ASAP.
Salary Range: $267,576 - $292,365 per annum plus, extended health benefits and Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP). This position is not part of the bargaining unit.
