Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a cornerstone of our leadership team. As CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial and operational strategies to drive transformative impact across the organization and the communities we serve. You will lead comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring robust financial stewardship that supports our strategic objectives.
The CFO will champion business transformation initiatives, fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will extend to overseeing people and culture, legal compliance, risk management, and business continuity planning, crucial elements in safeguarding our operations and enhancing organizational resilience. Collaborating closely with the Board of Directors, the President and CEO, and senior leadership, you will provide strategic financial insights and executive oversight to support decision-making and drive sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, complemented by a CPA designation. You will bring a minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in financial management with some experience within the non-profit or charitable sector. Your track record should demonstrate strong financial acumen, strategic vision, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.

Your leadership style is characterized by a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a culture where innovation and excellence thrive.
