  • Maintain up-to-date food donor contact records and support outreach initiatives, including contact list generation for campaigns.
  • Monitor shared food donor inboxes, triaging issues and opportunities to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage the gift-in-kind receipting process for food donations, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Analyze data and trends to enhance food recovery effectiveness, helping the team surpass annual foodraising targets.
  • Create purchase orders and ensure invoices are tracked to the correct budget codes in collaboration with the Finance & Business Intelligence teams.
  • Support travel plans and conference administration for the Food Rescue Operations team.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Philanthropy and Finance, to align food recovery operations with organizational goals.

Who You Are:

  • Tech-Savvy: You’re highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP), and have a strong interest in mastering CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Raiser’s Edge, as well as GIS mapping software (ESRI, QGIS, etc.).
  • Client-Focused Communicator: You excel in building and maintaining relationships, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service to our food donors.
  • Adaptable & Independent: You’re a self-starter who thrives on managing multiple tasks and priorities independently while keeping the team informed.
  • Collaborative Problem-Solver: You bring a solutions-focused mindset to your work, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and departments.
